The staff were friendly and helpful and the booking system was really straightforward. Although our bags were ultimately totally safe and fine, it was a bit disconcerting to leave them in the small hotel lobby and not in a secure room or locker. The staff member on duty when we dropped them off explained that there was a strong system for people not taking the wrong bags or just stealing them, but we weren’t really sure that it was really all that secure. But as I say, our bags were still there when we got back with nothing missing so it was all ok. Just wouldn’t leave anything uber valuable or irreplaceable there.
