Great location. Looked a bit dodgy from outside, but we had no problems and the guy working there was really nice and helpful - he even helped me carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. We would definitely use this place again.

very quick drop off point, no one was there when we came back for pickup before the musical we were going to see so we left and came back again a couple of hours later and it was all good and we got our bags back in a couple of minutes

Close to the rail station, straightforward drop-off and pickup, and the hotel lobby was comfortable for getting organized and waiting for an Uber.

The staff were so friendly, and being located inside the Premier Inn with someone at the desk made it much easier.

This location at a convenience store was really convenient for me as it was just a block away from Paddington Station where I was set to take the train to Heathrow later that afternoon. The employee was friendly and helped me right away. He asked what app I was using and then found my reservation. He brought out the tags to affix to my luggage, asked me to take a photo of the tag numbers and my luggage for reference when I came back to pick them up. And he stored my luggage in the bag of the store, which I appreciated because I read that other locations sometimes leave them in the front of the store. The store was open until late, which was also a bonus. Pick up was easy—I showed the photo of my luggage and the tag numbers—and I was on my way! Thank you.

Great location right across from Kings Cross station. Bags were well looked after and I will certainly use the location again when I next visit London.
