Very helpful to drop off bag. The only slight challenge was that there was a queue to pick up because I needed to pick my bag up soon after the hotel’s checking in time but the front desk did warn me about this at drop off so I left extra time to queue and it wasn’t a big problem.

The location is very handy for King's Cross and St Pancreas stations. The staff were helpful. The storage is down a staircase but I'm sure the staff would assist if you are unable to use the stairs.
