I chose this storage for its location and opening hours, despite other users' reservations about safety. The process was smooth, the store easy to find, and the people welcoming. I hope they do read reviews because it would be a great improvement if they could just make a note of who leaves what (esp. how many pieces of luggage), tag the stored luggage, or hand a coupon when you leave your luggage.

Friendly and easy to do. I like the limit on the bags so you know it won’t be damaged or stacked. Security may need looking at as the door was open.
