It was a parcel delivery locker, in the middle of a lot of houses. It was completely fine - equipped with cameras, and in a seemingly very safe area. But I can completely see how people would be nervous to leave a full suitcase in such a location, as I did. It perhaps did not 'feel' very secure (though it absolutely was!).

Friendly staff and very convenient location for Marylebone station - it's a budget hostel so don't expect The Ritz. Lost one star because there were no staff when I arrived to collect my bag, and I was in a hurry to catch my train. There's no bell to attract attention, so I called the phone number and it rang out behind the bar. Just had to wait for someone to turn up.
