We left the suitcase at a Premier Inn close to Leeds train station. There was someone already on reception when we got there and she reassured us the case would be kept in a secure room until we collected it. Although we’d provided a time slot for collection, we were told reception was manned 24 hours a day, so it wouldn’t matter if we were outside of the time slot. When we returned to collect, there was a short wait for someone to come to reception but we were still able to catch our train in time. Brilliant service.
