First of all, it is important to know that this is a pub with an attached hostel, located about 7 minutes from Tower Bridge station. The staff are very friendly. However, the description of the location should mention that the storage facilities consist of a small room that can be opened by anyone who has booked storage space using a key card obtained from the staff at the bar. This room is accessed via a very narrow staircase, making it very difficult for older people to reach. This should also be noted in the description. Otherwise, we got all our luggage back safely. The narrow staircase made it very difficult to drop off and pick up our luggage.
