The man who was on the hotel reception when we went to drop off our bag was off-hand and gave the impression that we were a nuisance. However, the lady I spoke to a few days before was helpful as was the man who was on reception when we went to collect our bag. Hence the 4 stars not 5. Generally pleased with Stasher.
