Very easy and quick, the lady at the reception who locked away my luggage was very friendly and helpful. Luggage is stored in a locked and secure space, you'll receive a tag that you will have to present to pick up your bag.

We had a little problems because when we arrive to the point we should leave our luggage was a building and we didn't had access to come in or someone with who talk, we were ringing the bell couple of times without any answer and we decided to search in internet thr number of the hotel and then call and finally get the instructions to get in , but at the App we didn't get any of this information which make us lose some time ,but apart of that was ok

Excellent location if visiting the tottenham stadium. About 2 minutes away. Shop is very easy to find - we used google maps. We were dealt with very quickly and the Staff seem to be very organised and helpful. Our 4 bags were all given the same number and we received ticket to correspond. On return there was no delay either and we received all our bags. We felt very safe leaving our bags here.

Great! I recommend it!! It is located at the exit of Atocha Station, with very easy access. The guy in charge of this place is very helpful and charming, always willing to help, making everything very easy and comfortable for the traveler. I am delighted with his service, as I had an incident on my trip and he helped me resolve it quickly. An angel! I will definitely return.
