Location was easy to find. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled but this was not a problem - very helpful staff. Picked up luggage at agreed time. Useful solution as we arrived early in the morning but couldn't check in at hotel till after 3pm so this allowed us to spend part of the day exploring St Helier without carting luggage around.

It felt a little unreliable. Teeny tiny space, I was expecting to see our luggage be put away, out of sight. I didn't feel good all day, knowing anyone could touch it. Another customer was leaving as we arrived who was complaining loudly about the terms and conditions of the service and warning us.
