We went to drop off our bags, and found a very welcoming and cheerful woman Helen, who even let us leave a bottle of water in her fridge until the evening. In the end, we stayed at her place for an aperitif that evening. She also recommended a good wine and let us charge our phones. That’s the way to attract and treat customers! Thanks again!
the staff working here are young adults/university students so they know a bit of english. they were a bit confused or uninformed about our booking but we managed to store our luggage successfully after they contacted their manager.

The boy who attended to us was super friendly and professional both during the delivery and the one who assisted us during the pickup. That was the main reason we decided to book the same place again on the day we were leaving the city.
Everything worked out wonderfully. We were warmly welcomed and moved to a separate room. Afterwards, our bags were stowed in lockers. The pick-up was also very fast. Due to the luggage storage we had a relaxing day.
