The location is easy to find. The entry door is a bit faulty. You must make sure your luggage is below 20 kg. If not, you will be charged a penalty for every extra 5 kg. If your luggage exceeds the weight limit, it will be placed in the concierge area.

Good option if needing to drop bags near Victoria Station. Note that it’s a 5min walk outside station so not ideal in bad weather. Staff were great. They take a lot of bags so can be busy.
