Security wise it was really safe. When we arrived in Perth it was our first time but the shop owner wasn’t welcoming but the person who returned the bags and took the bags were really friendly and helpful.

Convenient: close to the station. Mind that it's in a small cellar and only accessible by stairs, not so handy with heavy luggage. Narrow corridor, not much place if you're with a (small) group.

We didn't experience any problems using the stashpoint, but we were slightly confused that the member f staff who accepted our luggage did not want to see any identification from us. When I tried to show my booking confirmation email he said there was no point as he had "nothing to check it against". We got to put our own tags on our luggage and detach the receipt stub, so we felt secure that no-one else could take our luggage but we were left with the impression that anyone could have walked in and left anything and if there had been an issue the hotel would not have known who had left it or how to contact them.

Was staying in the hotel and the desk crew took the bag with no hassle or wait. Equally quick picking it up. Would highly recommend. Hotel is in LGW north terminal.
