The storage space was great but it lost a star because it took about 10 minutes for someone to come to reception to let me into the storage facility at the drop off time. Therefore I returned earlier than planned to pick up my bags in case the same happened and I then missed my train. Luckily when I arrived to pick them up, someone was there.
