This place is just 10-min walk away from the Victoria coach station and/or the Victoria train station. It's a hotel where you can leave your luggage while you can explore the city. The staff was really friendly and helpful, however, I would prefer to receive a ticket or something similar when I leave my luggage here just to put my mind at ease. (Instead of just telling them my name when I pick it up)

The staff were polite and friendly and the whole process only took a couple of minutes. The locations was convenient and the extended opening hours meant we could enjoy the day sightseeing without having to rush back.
