This particular location didn't even know they were a stasher location. Despite being on the app and having the sticker in the window. So there was some confusion when I went in. Was able to leave my things and they were fine when I returned. However, they did not have a secure location for them. They were left in the open at the back of the barbershop.

Location is quite convenient. Around 15mins walk to Milan central station and 5mins walk to metro “Lima” station. While we appreciate the hotel location, I’m puzzled by the decision to restrict us from packing our luggage in the hotel lobby. Instead, we were directed to the outdoor garden, which lacks air conditioning by hotel staff!!!!! First, the lobby was empty of guests, and the staffs seemed to have nothing to do other than chat. I doubt my packing would disturb their work, especially since I only needed to use a storage area. It wouldn’t impact anything. Second, given that this is a two-star hotel, I don’t believe that packing my luggage in the lobby would harm its image. And AGAIN, the area I intended to use is actually a storage space with air conditioning. It seems unreasonable to ask us to pack outside, especially with the presence of mosquitoes. Additionally, moving my luggages outside to pack took me over 10 minutes, and I ended up sweating in the heat. If I had been allowed to pack inside, I could have finished in just 5 minutes!
