They took a picture of my ID which I don't want (will bring my own copy next time) and when picking up my bag, nobody asked for ID or whatever and nobody checked which bag I took. Receptionist was on the phone and handed me the key no questions asked. Feels weird. Happy nobody took my bag yet...

Love this Hotel and its staff, you can see they have a process for checking-in your bags, they give you a tag with numbers specific to your bags and store them in a rather nice space. They're very professional. I've only used this place once and from there continued using it because I trust it a lot! I highly recommend it

The store lived up to the expectation of the Reviews - just perfect! Kew Convenience Store is just steps from Kew Station, and the Store Staff were so friendly and helpful. It worked perfectly for our visit to Kew Gardens. The long opening hours were great too. We would definitely recommend and would happily use again. Thank you for such great service.
