Location was very easy and quick to access from the airport on the 105/111 bus line. Exceptionally pleasant, quick, and professional service for both drop off and retrieval of our bags which were kept safe and secure behind a locked door. Will definitely recommend and use again if I pass through LHR on another long layover in the future.

I stashed my bags at Novatel in Surfers Paradise. My flight arrived at 7:30am but I couldn't access my accomodation until 3pm. Novatel was literally 1 block from the tram station and I could even see it from the tram, so felt confident I was in the right place. Very pleasant staff members and nothing was too much trouble for them. They would even allow me to come back and drop things off or get things out, if I made purchases or needed something out of my bag. Spent a lovely worry free day at the beach before picking up my bags and going to my hotel.

A little slow on collection as I had to queue at reception

Super friendly staff, no issues with drop off or pickup. Only thing to note is the app told me it was "Sofitel" so I had slight trouble finding it but it's the Wilde hotel. Close enough to Liverpool Street Station.
