Very easy and quick, the lady at the reception who locked away my luggage was very friendly and helpful. Luggage is stored in a locked and secure space, you'll receive a tag that you will have to present to pick up your bag.

Easy booking system, very convenient. We managed to find location to leave our suitcases 2 minutes away from the place we were staying at. Our hotel appartment was not able to store our luggage, so this service was a life changing system. It was also cheaper than leaving our suitcases at the train station. Will definitely use again!
