Good, friendly, easy to find. But change your opening hours on Google Maps. They say you're closed when you're still open. I collected my bag after 9pm; on Maps it says you're shut.

We found location and person to attend to us. Checked reservation and ID. A little disappointed when we picked up as check out was not as thorough, attendant just assumed we were taking our bag without checking anything.
