The staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped me up and down the stairs with my heavy suitcase. I also decided to add another bag on the spot directly at the storage and the procedure was super easy, the payment was done through a QR code, so you can be sure the prices are the same as on the website, no surprises. Highly recommended if you travel through King’s Cross Station in London.

Everything was ok, but felt less safe than other stashpoints I used in the past. On pick-up, I was led into the storage room and asked to take my bag, the worker never doublechecked I took my bag. I felt uncomfortable with that.
