  The location was a few minutes walk from the King’s Cross station. The staff at premier inn were very friendly and very quick. My bag was stored in a secure room which was accessed by a staff members key card. The staff member provided me with a ticket receipt which I handed in when I collected. Great value and I will definitely use them again

  Everything was in good order. The people in the shop were expecting us and stored the bags with a minimum of fuss.

  Left our bags here for the day. Was easy to find, super easy to complete the storage info, the staff were great and happy and the environment was clean and welcoming. Would recommend if you do not want to carry your heavy bags around all day. Pick was very smooth also.

  My first time using Stasher was unfortunately unlucky for me. It should have been just fine, but in between me dropping my suitcase off at the Sofitel and me picking it up, the extensible handle got broken. The case was given back to me with the handle extended. I didn't give it a second thought as we were in a rush to catch a train. Only when I was on the train did I discover the handle could no longer be put down. After a very awkward journey by train and car, my husband managed to collapse the handle so that I could use the suitcase for my flight home. I later managed to get the handle fixed properly at a repairer in my home city. Not a disaster, but it wasn't fabulous either.
