Great location near Victoria Coach station. We needed to pick up our luggage after midnight and this one was open 24/7. Lady at the reception did not give us anything to mark our luggage or confirmation we dropped our luggage here. So when we went to pick up our luggage we did not have any proof that we left it here. We had our Stasher booking but that wasn't enough. The receptionist was reluctant to let us in into the storage but after long explanation he let us in. Just found it bit careless but otherwise everything went well.

Ok, so it was our fault we couldn't find the tag when we came to collect the bag but they really were not friendly and had no sympathy to our risk of missing our train ( and in turn our flight )
