The man who booked in our bags was good despite being very busy with guests. He unlocked the door and showed me where to put bags and take a photo as proof. When we went to pick them up the lady didn't check our tickets and the door was unlocked so anyone could help themselves to the bags. We only had clothes etc so not too much of a problem but I would not recommend leaving anything expensive/important here as anyone could walk away with your belongings
