The location was easy to find. They gave you a locker in which to put our bags and gave us a key so we could return at any time if we needed to. Collection was simple . All in all very good way to save us having to carry our bags around all day.

I would give the actual shop (the partner) a rating of 5. The manager was very friendly and polite and offered to stay late if we wanted to collect after the shop closed (as the Stasher app had allowed me to book a collection time after the shop closed). We made sure we collected before closing but we appreciated that he offered!
