I was surprised how good and useful this was. I had a massive bag of Christmas presents that I didn't want to carry around Durham and I was able to collect at any time during the day. The staff were 100% assuring that the bag was going to be safe and it was. I'd recommend this option again

All the employees at Holiday Tours Santorini were friendly and helpful! We has a 4.5-hour stopover during our ferry rides and decided to drop our bags and planned to go to a winery. They offered transportation to/from the winery (at a reasonable cost) and allowed us to wait at their storefront until we had to board the ferry. Lovely experience!

The receptionist didn’t check my email, accepting my word that I had a booking. On collection the staff did check my ticket against the label on the bag, which was good. Handy location for my needs on the day. Quick collection but had to wait at drop off as the receptionist was checking in a guest (fair enough…it is a hotel!)
