Easy to find, very polite and helpful lady, tags are put onto your cases and you are given the corresponding tickets, your cases are then taken to a secure room and locked away. We had to go back to collect our raincoats and thus was no issue at all, the lady checked our tickets, took us to the room, allowed us to get what we needed and then locked the room again behind us, our luggage was very secure and we felt confident leaving them there. Work definitely use this venue again if ever in the area
