Very easy. Gentleman that served me was friendly and polite. Dropped luggage off, was given a ticket to produce on return. Area to store luggage was locked for security. Would use stasher again if the time arises

Hello, everything went well. However, I was not reassured during the 9 days I left my 3 suitcases. I had to leave them in a souvenir and clothing shop in a room at the back of the store that customers could access. I don't find this normal or reassuring, because anyone could have taken a suitcase and walked out with it! Unfortunately, we couldn't leave our suitcases in a locked area. Considering the high price paid, I find this service not reassuring.

The venue was clearly signposted, the handover and collections were quick and easy, and the people we met at the venue were friendly, helpful and very well organised. The price was also very reasonable. We shall definitely do this again.

The hotel was in a great location so it was easy to find and access. The luggage was stored in a locked room so we felt secure leaving our luggage there.

Drop off and pick up was ok. There are no visible Stasher drop off signs on location making me wonder if I was at the right place and if I was dropping off my bags at the right place.
