I was able to drop off the luggage easily. But when I went back to pick up, the place was closed. Rung the Ring doorbell multiple times, nobody answered. There was no posted info anywhere to get in touch to get my luggage. Luckily, my friend went online and found a phone number of the hotel, somebody picked up. But there was no warning when dropping off the luggage that the hotel would be closed and what to do.
