The hotel appeared a little unorganised when we arrived and there was a long wait, with uncertainty on the procedure and no one free to ask. We were then not even asked for a code/ proof of payment but were guided to a store room to leave our items. I didn't feel completely reassured by the security aspect but we did later safely retrieve the items. The hotel was easy to find and convenient for Stratford Station and overall it was still worth the wait and unorganisation to not have to carry our luggage around all day.

The location was perfect as it was near the theatre but I was nervous about leaving as it didn’t feel very secure - just a curtain across a downstairs area in the restaurant. I took a photo of my case and all was ok.
