Really useful location, staff are nice and room seems very secure. There are steps involved though - book only if you’re able to carry your own luggage up and down a fairly steep staircase.

Friendly staff and very convenient location for Marylebone station - it's a budget hostel so don't expect The Ritz. Lost one star because there were no staff when I arrived to collect my bag, and I was in a hurry to catch my train. There's no bell to attract attention, so I called the phone number and it rang out behind the bar. Just had to wait for someone to turn up.

Easy to work with but kinda no protection from someone taking another bag or stuff from other bags. They were not in the room while stashing or taking the bags

Quick walk from the ferry building; safe location. For a daytime storage, couldn't have asked for a better location. FYI, if you use the Stasher app's linked location, it may give you the wrong location at first. Check for the full address and plug that into your Map app of choice.

They do not have any signage at the location to indicate that they have a Stasher storage facility. As they are a self check-in hotel it was a while before we could find someone to take our bag.
