The location was easy to find and very close to our tube stop. One small flight of stairs to carry the bags up. The person who checked us in was pleasant. Upon bag retrieval, we had to go down the hall with the attendant to grab our bags from the locked room. He checked to make sure the numbers matched the tags.

Friendly staff, easy to drop-off & collect. Bags are just stored in back of store but there is staff member there at all times to watch them and checkin/checkout with numbered wristbands to prove which bag is yours

So easy to use, showed them our booking email, they asked us to take a picture of our bags and then took them to.their locked room. Collection just as easy showed them the photo of our bags and thry went to get them for us. Very convenient and a good price .
