Convenient location for Birmingham New Street Station
Polite rapid efficient service ... let us put a brolly and jacket with bag attached in a bag to the rucksack . So kind . Let us use toilets seating area to arrange vag to be left ... And was 24 hour so was OK if a little late ... overall really excellent service. Using again for sure . Wish they did this at shopping arcades ☆ Regards lee weller

The location is easily accessible by metro, the staff are friendly, and luggage drop-off and pick-up is quick.
Personally I had no problems at the location. However, tags for the bags were not as reassuring as I might have expected as no-one paid any attention to which bags I was taking. I think I could have walked off with someone else's as well as my own ifI had wanted to.
Location was perfect for an event at Wembley Stadium and getting away from the venue after it had finished. Staff at the Premier Inn were used to this process and give you an official ticket for your individual bag so very safe and easy to use
Very kind and helpful staff. They checked in and out our luggage efficiently and allowed us to use the toilet at the hall.
