Very friendly and organised. Dropped the bag off, a tag was put on and we were told to take a picture and that the picture was out proof for collection. We arranged to leave the bag for a whole day but collected early. Drop off and collection took about 1 minute each.

Very courteous, helpful, patient. Perfect location for those who want to visit the zoo but have luggage with them. For those who need to go to the airport, there is a bus stop right in front.

The service was perfect, we were warmly welcomed at our arrival at the Novotel, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Would recommend this Stashpoint a 100% !

Overall it went well. We were able to get our luggage stowed and picked up but, we had an odd experience on pickup. We had an awful experience checking in to our room. It took 2.5 hours to get in which made us late retrieving our luggage. About 8PM we walk into cafe de arts in Paris to get it and this young Indian/Afghany looking man smiles and tells us something in French. Not speaking French, all we could make out was 8PM. Then he walks away. Im not sure if his shift ended at 8 or if they were closed/closing but after the check in fiasco, I am beginning to get pissed off. Before I can say anything, an older gentleman gestures and guides us down to our suitcases. Which ultimately, was the goal but the rudeness of the young man spoiled a near perfect experience

Excellent service, friendly staff and in a great location so close to the port. My only suggestion would be to include how to access the building if the door from the street is closed and that you are on the 1st floor, this wasn’t noted on the confirmation email I received once the booking has been made.

Arriving and leaving Badalona with luggage

Badalona station is on the Rodalies de Catalunya R1 and RG1 lines running between Barcelona and Maçanet, so it's a straightforward commuter stop rather than a major hub. Getting to Barcelona Airport takes at least 46 minutes with one transfer, and the fare ranges from €7 to €10 each way. If you're heading to the Museu de Badalona, the Pompeu Fabra metro stop on the L2 line is about an 8-minute walk from the museum, and the museum itself currently hosts an exhibition on a 150-year legacy of solidarity running until 1 November.

Attractions and bag rules at the Olímpic Arena

At the Olímpic Arena you can bring a backpack or small bag up to 25L inside. Helmets, non-folding umbrellas, tablets, and selfie sticks must be left in the coat check rather than carried into the seating area.
