Seamless experience. Only reason giving 4 stars not 5 is that the identification process felt a little dodgy - on drop off, the store took a picture of my bag with my ID in the foreground of the photo. On collection, I didn't have to show that same ID - anyone could have theoretically taken my bag, simply by saying "Yes" when shown a whatsapp pictire of my bag.
