Location on Waverley station next to the door that's right next to the busstop where the Airlink 100 stops to go to the airport. It's an luggage storage store so I felt like my bags were safe there. The woman in the shop was very friendly.

Easy experience leaving our luggage for ~5 hours. Bags were tagged with numbered labels and stored in a downstairs area below this gift shop. Bags retrieved promptly upon our return. Location is a few steps from an entrance to the Rockefeller Center subway station on 6th Ave.

Excellent and easy to do. Saved me a lot of hassle carrying my bag around on my return from London visiting Manchester for the cricket as I hate having to carry something with me all day. Hotel staff were friendly. We needed to use the toilet but they wouldn't let us due to not being guests which I kind of understand to a degree but wouldn't have thought it would be an issue. Will definitely use this service again in the future

Very easy to use. Just turned up with cases, member of staff tagged them, put them in secure room and when we needed them again were taken to secure room to collect. Made our last day in Edinburgh so easy.
