Luggage left in a Rent. Scheduled time for pickup. Upon pickup, the luggage was still at the entrance where we had left it, with the glass door of the store locked and no one around. We had to call the number on the door in case of absence (maybe it's a standard procedure?) and an employee arrived quite quickly. A problem having to wait when time is tight.
