The shop is just opposite South Kensington tube station, so ideally situated. The members of staff are friendly and helpful. I would stash my bag there again with confidence.

The receptionist was great and the spot was so close to us it just made sense to have them hold our bags so we could enjoy the last 6 hours of our trip. He knew right away as soon as we mentioned Stasher what we were talking about. When payment came he didn't know we had payed already but it was a quick issue to solve as we showed him the receipt so that he could verify we paid. It was a great hostel and would definitely do it again at their spot if we go back.

Could be more secure, I was told to put the luggage on my own downstairs, then pick it up at checkout. I wonder if anyone could pick anybody luggage without supervision.
