The restaurant was conveniently located adjacent to the train station, and the employees were quick and polite. I would give 5 stars except the location where the bags were kept were in view, just behind the counter. I would have felt a bit safer if they were kept in the back of the restaurant, possibly in a closet or office, and maybe with a tag system so bags could not easily be mixed. I was first handed a North Face backpack that was not mine!

The truth is it's a bit confusing from Tiburtina to the place you need to go, because it shows that it's straight through a park, but that park is closed — or it was closed when I got there — and I had to go all the way around, but anyway, no problem at all.
