Everything went quickly and smoothly. We felt safe. The shop is right opposite the exit of the South Kensington Underground station. We had to show the booking and a photo of the suitcases was taken. Both had to be presented again when collecting. Dropping off and picking up each took less than 5 minutes and the staff member was very friendly.

We stored our bags with Fortune House Hotel in Brickell, Miami. The location is great, the hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were warmly welcomed by their porter/bellman  by the name of Brian who was extremely helpful and super polite. We will definitely store our luggage with them in the future and even stay at their hotel. Thank you

Great location to store bags, we stayed at this same hotel before and after traveling on the Eurostar so it made it incredibly easy for drop off and pick up.

Storing bags near Basingstoke station

Basingstoke station has no luggage-storage facilities, so the town’s Stasher point is an off-station alternative rather than a railway locker. The selected listing shows its exact address and opening hours. Stasher has no general bag-size or weight limits, covering large suitcases as well as smaller bags. With one bookable point in Basingstoke, check availability and allow time to reach the selected address before leaving the station. This is town-based coverage, not storage inside the rail building.

Store bags before Milestones Museum, The Anvil and Top of the Town

Milestones Museum has no on-site luggage storage for luggage or large suitcases, so bags need to be stored elsewhere before the visit. The museum is approximately a 30-minute walk from Basingstoke train station, or a 10 to 15-minute bicycle ride. That distance makes the journey to the museum a separate part of the day rather than a quick stop beside the station.

The Anvil and The Haymarket apply a different restriction. Both venues conduct security bag searches at entry, and large bags are strictly prohibited from entering the auditorium. Large luggage therefore cannot form part of the visit to either venue.

The Top of the Town district is accessible via a short walk from both the railway and bus stations. For a bag-free route through the district, arrange somewhere to store bags before setting off from either station. Milestones requires the same advance arrangement because it has no luggage facility on site.
