The shop opened late, they were listed as opening at 7am, we were there at 8am which was our booked drop off time and had to wait around 12 minutes for the owner to arrive. This was ok for us as we weren’t in a rush but others who are travelling are often on a tight schedule so this could cause trouble for them. When we came to collect our bags we could see them through an open door at the back of the shop so I didn’t feel confident that the bags were actually secure the entire time they were in the shop.

You leave them at the reception of the Premier Inn. We did have to wait a couple of minutes for someone to appear, but they dealt with us very quickly and professionally. Only downside is that it is a 10 minute walk outside the town, on the other hand you can park outside it no problem.
