We booked to leave our bags at Premier Inn. When we arrived the person on reception had not heard of Stasher and did not ask to see my booking. Having said this, she was happy to store our bags in the secure storeroom and gave us a receipt. I think that she thought that we were guests. So zero stars for Stasher, but five stars for the service l, which I probably could have got for nothing...?

Great place overall. Tricky sometimes with slow elevators especially if you have heavy luggage just to get to the lobby but secure and clean.

Very nice location close to the Queen Street Station. You do have to go to the second floor for the reception, but there are lifts.

  • Paul4 years ago in Buchanan Street Bus Station
Dropped off luggage at a (fairly) nearby hotel at 8am and picked up at 3pm. Very easy process, luggage labelled and given matching collection tickets., and much cheaper than railway station left luggage. Only quibble: nearest storage point was listed as approximately 0.4km away but, after booking, the specific location was revealed as 1.4km away! Not an issue for me but might be a problem for less mobile folk.
