The staff were very helpful at drop-off and pick-up and the location was very convenient.

The restaurant was conveniently located adjacent to the train station, and the employees were quick and polite. I would give 5 stars except the location where the bags were kept were in view, just behind the counter. I would have felt a bit safer if they were kept in the back of the restaurant, possibly in a closet or office, and maybe with a tag system so bags could not easily be mixed. I was first handed a North Face backpack that was not mine!

Very easy to find and quick service on arrival. Bag were behind the counter in the ‘kitchen’ which was a bit odd, but there were a lot of bags, so maybe this was overflow. That aside, I would use again as it was efficient and easy.

This service worked perfectly for me. The restaurant where I left my luggage during the day was perfectly located next to the Oxford Station. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The whole thing went smoothly. Highly recommend if you want to store your luggage during the day.
