    Convenient location to store luggage. About a 12-15 minute walk from train station. The staff was professional, Friendly and helpful. Location was on a quiet street out of the hustle and bustle. Very satisfied and would recommend this location and establishment for others traveling to Oxford.

    I would definitely recommend this service. It is great to arrive somewhere knowing you have secured storage for your luggage. I would have given 5 stars but the directions to the drop-off were not very detailed and it took 10 minutes of driving around to find the place. Other than this all went smoothly and the personnel at the shop were great - it felt as if it was no issue to them both when I dropped and collected.

    The place of establishment was clean and the staff very friendly. At first confused it was a restaurant but other luggage was there and all accounted for. I would use this location again. Only a block or so from the train station. Easy to get to.

    It was close to the train station which was good.  Deducted one star as our bag was left exposed in the shop albeit directly in front of the counter. Just didn’t feel secure

    Situated in the very convenient place and easy to left my luggage, that is so helpful. The people at the store is wonderful as well. I was given numbered card which matched the one attached to the luggage, so there is no mistake.
