No separate storage area, just bags sitting next to the reception desk, maybe not great for security. Also didn't even check my stasher booking at any point lol wish I didn't even book. Other than those sketchy points it's the most convenient location for train journeys so they win big there.

Very convenient location especially when travelling by train. Staff distracted and not interested. We were not provided with luggage labels as previous. Our luggage was no longer stored away just left in reception near to exit and entrance and not always manned. Disappointed but it was a must as we had two large suitcases and could not access our accommodation at the early drop off time. Plus we had obviously prepaid for luggage storage.
