Such a brilliant service, so easy to drop off our rucksack and with friendly staff. We had a little heart flutter when it took a while to find our bag when we went to collect but all was well in the end.

I only had a small case and am glad about that because staff give you the key to the room and you then have to take your case down a short but quite narrow and awkward staircase, plus the reverse when you collect.
