The hotel is situated in a street just off Russell Square and therefore very conveniently located for storage of larger bags by visitors to the British Museum nearby (see BM website for baggage size restrictions). My bag was stored in a secure room immediately adjacent to, and in full sight of, the ground floor reception desk. The hotel entrance is protected by an internally operated electric lock. Although no label was attached to my bag and I was not asked to take a photograph of it before it was stored, the storage arrangements nevertheless gave me confidence. The staff dealt with me efficiently, politely and with courtesy. I will definitely use this Stash point again.
