Drop off and location was fine however pick up was not great. Time was between 2300-0000 and when I arrived I couldn’t get in. Called the reception number which was out of service and called the number on google to no answer. Nobody was sat at reception so I couldn’t get someone’s attention and had to rely on a guest going into the hotel to get inside and go to the door behind reception to get someone’s attention. Very annoying considering I’d asked if I’d need to call someone to get back in and they said no, reception was open 24/7

Location is VERY CONVENIENT for South Kensington station. Bag check-in and later pick-up was quick and problem-free. Would definitely use again if we’re in the area.

There were no issues with the Premier Inn staff (who were kind, helpful and professional) or the hotel itself. The big issue, and why I wouldn't book to store luggage there again, is the Premier Inn's location in relation to Wolverhampton Railway Station. While it may indeed be near, nobody I asked in the station or anywhere else in the city centre could tell me where the hotel was, and online maps weren't helpful, either. After wandering round for a good half hour, I finally had to take a taxi to the hotel. As a woman travelling alone with a suitcase, given the road layout, and a journey which involved walking under a dark (even at midday) debris strewn underpass, it would not have been safe or easy for me to reach the hotel otherwise. After my stop in Wolverhampton, I also had to take a taxi from the Premier Inn back to the railway station. Even the hotel staff admitted that the site isn't easy to find. Whilst it does look like a short distance, the road layout, for pedestrians especially, means the hotel is quite a long walk from both the railway and bus stations so it's an inconvenient place to stash luggage.
