Arriving at the hotel, we told the gentleman about our booking, who pointed out three lockers that were already well filled. The lockers could not be locked and resembled three wardrobes about 50 cm wide. The staff were exceptional. To be honest we would now book a stay at the hotel based on how we were treated and how we noticed them interacting with actual hotel guests. Very handy drop off point for Waterloo station and all the various attractions in the area.
