The experience was largely fine, but there were no signposts in the hotel guiding us to the bag storage location or even indicating that Stasher service is provided there. We decided to wait at the reception for a few minutes (there was no one for a while). Then a staff came to help with another guest's bags. We would not have been able to store our bags with him if I didn't approach him when he was about to go, as he was clearly not attentive that my friend and I were standing right beside the storage room waiting to be given the tags. Overall I felt that some clearer signposts would be welcome.
